How to Find Travel Career Opportunities

Making money while traveling the world seems almost too good to be true. Well, it is in some cases, but it's very possible and very attainable for those who have a true passion for discovering the world and yet still earn an income abroad. You can get rich from your travels, if you really want to - it just takes determination. Traveling does not have to mean empty pockets and no money; it can actually fill your bank account with lots of money while gaining knowledge of the world.

Instructions

    1

MAKE YOURSELF AVAILABLE. While most people search for a common 9 to 5 job relatively close to home, other people may want to travel the world - but it's hard to come by. Very few job searchers really want to relocate or travel, so your first asset that you need to use, to your fullest ability, that you are available for anything on your resume. Many job searchers have a family, or secured investments that keep them settled. So, first off, if you are looking to travel, make it a point to make yourself available for any location and anytime. Write your resume up and make sure to be detailed and confident in that fact that travel would NOT be a problem but a valuable requirement for taking the job offer.

    2

SEARCH FOR JOBS THAT REQUIRE TRAVEL. This may sound like common sense for those looking to make money and still travel, but you would be surprised. Instead of waiting for an opportunity to find you, you should seek out jobs that require travel. Common employment such as: Airline Attendants, Journalism, Photography, and other resourceful employment areas almost always include traveling. This is a perfect opportunity for yourself. Search local newspapers, employment ads, and even online to look for jobs that require travel or relocation.

    3

BECOME A FREELANCER. As I mentioned in the second step jobs such as photography and journalism is a GREAT way to earn money while traveling. If you have a passion for something that is anywhere in the area of photography or journalism - run with it. Put together a portfolio of your work, and make it amazing pieces, even if just a few. After that, try to get your work out there online through the internet or local companies, you might be surprised to get sponsored or even get someone to pay you to travel and collect information.

    4

BECOME A REALITY STAR, SO TO SPEAK. If you are passionate about traveling and want to make money off of it, try the internet. Travel to locations, on your own terms, document your locations and make it worth while. Make a website or blog, post videos, collect interesting information people want to know about from other cultures and run with it. You never know what could happen, even Tara Reid had a reality show on traveling that the Travel Channel, itself, picked up and produced. If you have interesting adventures, people want to know about it!
