Creating a brochure is one way to notify potential customers about your products and services. You can purchase a few programs to design appealing brochures. However, if you don't have access to a brochure-designing program, take advantage of Google Documents, also referred to as Google Docs. With Google Documents, you have access to your brochure from any location that has Internet access. You also have the ability to share your design with others for critiquing and feedback purposes.

Instructions

    1

Log into your Google Documents account. Click the Create New drop down menu. Select From Template.

    2

Browse through the categories of available templates. When you see a template you would like to use, click Use This Template.

    3

Customize the brochure template by entering your own text and images. If you don't have travel pictures to add to your brochure, consider utilizing stock photos. Websites, such as Big Stock Photo, iStock Photo and ShutterStock, offer stock photos. In most cases, you must pay a small usage fee for each photo.

    4

Click File and Save to save your brochure on the Google Documents server. Click File and Download if you want to download the travel brochure to your computer's hard drive. To print the brochure, click File and Print.

    5

Share your brochure with others for critiquing and feedback. To do this, click the Share button located in the upper right-hand corner of the brochure. Enter the email address of the individuals you want to share the brochure.
