How to Print a Travel Brochure

Most travel agents give out brochures for ideal destinations when you visit their offices. However, most research for travel is now done online, which does add a new amount of ease for looking up information regarding your trip. If, though, you still want the travel brochure in hand, you can print off a copy from your computer without ever stepping foot in a travel agency.

Instructions

    1

Power on your printer. Navigate your Internet browser to the travel agency's website.

    2

Select the particular destination or trip package for which you want to print information (do note each travel website is slightly different, so the phrasing may differ slightly form site to site).

    3

Check for a PDF download link on the brochure page. If there is a link, click it and wait for the information to download to your computer.

    4

If you downloaded the PDF, double-click the file, then choose "File" and then "Print" to print the travel brochure. If you are viewing the travel brochure directly from the website, select "File" and then "Print." Select the connected printer and click "OK" to print the document.
