Aruba is a beautiful island that lies on the northern tip of South America. It is one of the many islands of the Caribbean and is situated to the north of Venezuela. The first inhabitants of Aruba were the Arawak tribes. Aruba is known to possess oil refineries which is a source of income, but the major income of Aruba comes from tourism. This island is known for its natural beauty and the splendid beaches which are present on all four sides of the island.

The beaches at Aruba are more fascinating than those that are found on other Caribbean islands. The extensive beaches are ornamented with a vast stretch of pure white sand and splendid turquoise blue waters.

One of the reason why tourists love to visit Aruba is its climate. Aruba has a perfect beach climate which is at the same time warm and sunny. The temperature of Aruba is 28 C for almost the entire year and it rarely rains in this part of the world. People who love to spend time on the beaches will surely love the wonderful weather of Aruba. The best thing about Aruba beaches are that they are outside the hurricane belt.

Aruba beaches are filled with activities and are perfect for people who love to indulge in adventure sports. Most of the beaches offer water sports like scuba diving, snorkeling and also sea trekking. People who like tranquil and calm atmosphere can also find beaches that are less crowded, where they can indulge in swimming, sunbathing and fishing too.

One of the most popular beach on Aruba island is the Palm Beach which is located in the north-west, and is endowed with huge palm trees. As it is located near the capital city of Aruba, one will find numerous small and big resorts at this place, which provide various facilities on the beach for their costumers like restrooms, and bars for snacks and drinks.

Eagle Beach lies on the Western coast of Aruba, and like most beaches offers innumerable sports and fun activities. Like the palm beach, the eagle beach also comprises variety of resorts, and is also near the cities. Unlike the Palm beach, this beach is less crowded and more peaceful. Some of the other popular beaches in this part of the island are Malmok, Surfside, Manchebo and Druif.

If one needs more privacy, he or she can choose one of the secluded beaches on the east part of the island. One such beach is the Baby Beach which is known for its calm, clear and shallow waters and is perfect for children. It is popular for snorkeling, and ideal for people who do not like crowded places. However, as the south and east parts of the island are not popular tourist locations, this beach does not provide amenities like the other beaches. In recent times, a few beach huts and refreshment stands have come up on the Baby beach. Other beaches that one can find in this part of the island is Mangel Halto, Dos Playa and Rodgers Beach.

These beaches are not just relaxing but also interesting and fun. The magnificent beauty of these beaches is captivating and ensures that tourists will return to them for their vacations year after year.
