Like many people, dogs can get motion sickness during travel. High-anxiety or
high-energy dogs may be more prone to become ill during a commute than easy going, low-energy dogs. If your dog has motion sickness or travel anxiety, medications may be one possible solution.
Instructions
- 1
Visit your dog's veterinarian for approval to use medication to treat motion sickness and find the recommended dose.
2Break up the recommended pill dosage and mix into peanut butter or mash into a piece of bread.
3Feed your dog the medication by placing it in your dog's empty food bowl.
4Fill your dog's bowl with its regular food, and give it to your dog after you are certain the dog has finished all the medication. This medication is recommended to be taken with food.
