Plan your travel inside Norway. When traveling from a Norwegian city other than Oslo, you will first need to book a trip from your departure city to that city (check the interactive rail map for Norway).

Plan the Danish section of your route. The arrival point for all intercontinental trains in Denmark is Copenhagen, so if you wish to travel to a further destination in Denmark you may purchase a train ticket when you arrive at the Copenhagen station.

Plan and book your travel to Norway. Most international flights will arrive in Oslo, site of the Norwegian international airport.
