When you have jet lag, wrinkled clothes, tired muscles and bags under your eyes, it can be easy to look like a wearied traveler. You can make preparations before you travel, and on the trip, to look good when traveling.

Instructions

    1

Let your destination guide your wardrobe on a trip. Always keep in mind where you are going, and what you plan to do, when you pack for your trip. Beware of over packing, however, because carrying a hefty bag around the airport can make you tired and keep you from looking good while traveling.

    2

Bring only one jacket or sweater. Packing too many can get bulky, and if you bring along a neutral shade of black or denim you can look good while traveling and stay warm.

    3

Choose your fabrics wisely. Steer clear of linens and other fabrics that require ironing. You can always look good if you keep your clothes on the low maintenance side.

    4

Bring eye cream, lotion, powder and lip gloss on the airplane with you. The air on planes can be very drying, and you want to keep your skin hydrated.

    5

Sleep on the way to your destination. Especially if you are landing in the middle of the day, you want to be fully rested, and not look tired or haggard, for your adventures on the first day.
